I started my deck building business back in 1981 and have been perfecting my skills and influencing the industry ever since. (What others call custom I call typical.) In addition to thousands of decks that I’ve built in the tri-state area, I have also done commercial and industrial projects such as the A.I. du Pont High School football announcer’s booth, and the design and construction of the du Pont Country Clubs tennis court deck. I’ve worked with the Arc of Delaware and the Arc of Pennsylvania, designing and building handicap-accessible decks and ramps for their homes. I’ve also built bridges and decks with porches for Bancroft’s elite construction projects, along with decks for Ryan Homes, Pulte Homes, Anderson Homes, Blenheim Homes, Double “S” Magness, Wilkinson Homes, and many others. I’ve designed hiking trails with bridges and constructed private fishing docks. It’s clear I’m passionate about my work, and love what I do.
